Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The location was great, as it was easy to reach many restaurants and shops.

The shower temperature fluctuated wildly. It kept changing from hot to cold without any adjustment (certainly not what I want). I could hear noisy guests in the hallway late at night. (I barely slept!)

balanced experience at the hotel

convenient location friendly staff clean room faulty fire alarm missing hand towels invalid menu

the location was great. lambton quay shops were a short walk away. the front desk staff were friendly. the room was clean and spacious.

the fire alarm woke me up at 6 am. i stood outside in the cold with no explanation. there were no hand towels in the bathroom. the room information required scanning a qr code to access a menu that was invalid.

the cleaning SErvice seemed insufficient. returning around lunchtime, the beds were made BUT towels and tea and coffee refills were missing. furthermore, the restaurant menu requires Improvement on several dishes. this requires some attention, poor service

perfect stay close to the harbour

convenient location smooth check-in comfortable room good pressure

the hotel's location near the harbor. check-in was smooth because i had completed it online. the room was comfortable and it included all the facilities i needed. the shower had good pressure and the location was a couple of blocks from the train station.

the soap available was a shampoo/conditioner and bodywash combo stuck to the wall and there was no individual hand soap.

breakfast featured a varied buffet with both hot and cold options, including steamed vegetables. the parking garage offered convenient access and cost a reasonable fee per day. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist with any queries or requests.

The central location is helpful. The bathroom provides good lighting around the mirror, I observed.

The hotel hallways sometimes had cups.
